To elaborate projects in order to improve the Turk virtual aviation, to represent Onurairva in the necessary places, to develop relationships among other virtual aviation courses. He publishes all the declarations on behalf of Onurairva. He also executes all the coordination assignments within the principals and targets of Onurairva, approving all the decisions made by the executive committee and being responsible of any activity of Onurairva.

General Manager : "Umit UNALDI"

He works together with the technical executive committee member on the arrangement of technical infrastructures such as Onurairva server, internet infrastructure, web page design and display, new secondary and support programs etc. He is responsible of the realization of all the applications within the decisions made by the executive committee. He represents Onurairva when the chairman is absent, together at least with two executive committee members on condition that all the taken decisions should be approved by the chairman.

Executive Committee Member Operation : "Vacant"

He coordinates the hub directors and the event coordinator who is under his responsibility. He prepares the daily hub programs, organizing the daily, weekly, monthly collective flights and supervises the pilots’ assignments through the management of the directors. He informs the executive committee about these activities and he is responsible in the application of these decisions by the executive committee.

Executive committee member Education : "Vacant"

He prepares the training programs for the new pilots and presents them to the executive committee for their approval. He coordinates the education directors regarding the education activities. He is responsible towards the executive committee.

Executive committee member Human Resources : "Emrah KARTAL"

He informs the executive committee about the requests, problems and behavior of virtual pilots. He develops programs about this subject and especially he makes the necessary researches in the direction of the virtual pilot application that he presents to the executive committee approval. He informs the executive committee regarding the virtual pilots who are not working with Onurairva anymore after their inappropriate attitude towards the principals and targets of Onurairva .He is also responsible of the accomplishment of the decisions taken by the executive committee.

Executive Committee Member Technique (fleet) & Webmaster : "Sahin ONER"

He prepares all the documents dealing with the technical procedures of airplane fleet present in Onurairva. Organizing the type rating instructions of Onurairva airplanes, he gives type rating lessons to the virtual pilots.
